ASA

In collaboration with the Alliance for Food Security (ASA), we designed a short-chain marketing model that directly connects local producers with markets committed to sustainable practices. This approach drives the adoption of responsible agricultural techniques, ensures fair payment for producers, and encourages the consumption of local foods in Baja California Sur, strengthening the region’s economy and environment.

AGRANA

The information that Coefficiente provides to Agrana on a monthly basis allows them to better understand the characteristics of the market, making it easier for them to adjust their commercial strategy and make informed and accurate decisions.

PONGUINGUIOLA

We collaborated with Ponguinguiola in developing two ventures in Baja California Sur: a worm farm producing organic fertilizers and a plastic recycling project. We conducted financial and market analyses, managed necessary certifications and permits, and gathered key information to ensure the viability and sustainability of both projects, ensuring their long-term success and maximum environmental impact.

PERMALUTION

Permalution has found the ideal business partner in Coefficiente for its operations in Mexico. We have optimized their administrative processes, helped them find the best suppliers and skilled labor for manufacturing their equipment, and provided support in hiring and paying suppliers.
